Are you running this event in 2023?
YES! This year's Nativity Experience will be open on Saturday 18th November from 11am -3pm.
What is a 'Labyrinth'?
A labyrinth is one of the oldest contemplative and transformational tools known, having been used for many hundreds of years for prayer, ritual, initiation, and spiritual growth. A labyrinth brings a person on a journey through which they are given opportunity to learn, engage and reflect.
How much does this event cost?
This event is totally free! There will be a small gift (subject to availability) for all visitors.
What can I expect?
The church will be transformed into a series of areas each representing a scene in the Christmas story. There will be lots to look at and interact with.
What ages is it suitable for?
There will be something for all ages to enjoy from the very young to the very old! Everyone is welcome.
Will it be pushchair and wheelchair friendly?
The experience is designed to allow for wheelchair access into all areas. Pushchairs are welcome if there is a child sleeping in them! We would appreciate other pushchairs using our buggy park in order to avoid congestion.
How long does it take to walk through the experience?
This really depends on how much you want to engage with the information in each area so anything from 15 minutes to 2 hours! We would expect the average visit time to be around 45 minutes.
Do I need to book?
No – please just turn up and stewards will direct you.
What time is it open?
The experience is open on Saturday 19th November and our Coffee Shop will also be open.
